3-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be intact.
- The product should not have any stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, damage, or any signs of use.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been worn, washed, used, or altered.
- The product has perfume smell, makeup stains, sweat marks, or any other signs of use.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
- The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
- The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the product.
- An unboxing video showing the issue.
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
All requests are subject to verification by our quality control team. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- If an eligible cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable.
- Shree Siddh Ganesh Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Shipping, delivery, convenience, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Quality Check Parameters
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and documents must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of usage, washing, wear, stains, perfume smell, or damage caused by the customer.
- The return request must comply with all terms of this policy.
Important Notes
- Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, festive offers, or discounted sales are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Delivery charges, shipping charges, convenience fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are also covered under this 3-Day Return Policy.
- Any free gifts or promotional items received with an order must also be returned when a return or refund is approved.
- Shree Siddh Ganesh Enterprise reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
