No Return Policy
Shree Siddh Ganesh Enterprise follows a strict No Return Policy. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for refund, replacement, or store credit unless it falls under the conditions mentioned in the Exchange Policy below.
Order Cancellation Policy
1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
3. If an eligible cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to the original payment method or wallet, as applicable.
4. Shree Siddh Ganesh Enterprise reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only applicable under the following circumstances:
1. The customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
2. The customer receives a product with a manufacturing defect.
3. The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
4. Customers must provide clear photos/videos and an unboxing video as proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
5. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and invoices intact.
6. Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our quality control team.
7. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Shree Siddh Ganesh Enterprise may provide store credit or an alternative solution at its sole discretion.
Quality Check Parameters
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and documents must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of usage, washing, wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
- The exchange request must comply with all terms of this policy.
Important Notes
1. No exchange or refund will be provided for products purchased during special promotional campaigns, clearance sales, festive offers, or discounted sales unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Delivery charges, shipping charges, convenience fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. Products purchased through Cash on Delivery (COD) are also covered under this No Return Policy.
4. Any free gifts, promotional items, or complimentary products received with an order must also be returned if an exchange is approved.
5. Shree Siddh Ganesh Enterprise reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
